Good/Bad

I was disappointed by this product as I have used it for years now and always had super long lashes. But no longer! Over the last few months I have used it ever couple of days but don't have the results that I used to get. Disappointed...

Item not received

I placed my order over 5 weeks ago but still haven’t received anything. Royal Mail updated there shipping information and my goods were stated as delivered, which is incorrect. An internal investigation was conducted and two weeks ago an external investigation was started but I haven’t been kept updated. My emails since have been ignored. Customer service is poor and I won’t be repurchasing.

Disappointed

I first thought this was making a difference. Have been using for 3 months now. Sadly I purchased the duo box when it was on offer...I'm past the return window. Bought the eye patches too, had massive allergic reaction. £89 wasted 😬

Uklash serum

I've received my serum for lashes.
I tried it 😪 it's made my eyse red and sore, i put it on as it said by instructions next thing my eyes felt like they were BURNING. I woke with the whites of my eyes red and sore. " what the hell is in this stuff !"

No difference

Been using it for over 3 weeks now and not noticed any difference in growth/thickening of lashes. Product also leaves a slight stinging sensation on skin when applied. Not sure i would buy again :(
